Free Ojai Event (Video Production)

Service Description

Join Story Table for a free event! With the help of cinematographer, Casey McBeath, we will be filming our first promotional video and this game is offered for free to anyone in or around Ojai CA who would like to participate and be a part of that video. Please note that if your child wants to participate, their image will likely be featured in the video. No other information about your children will be shared and we will need written permission from their parent or guardian to attend. The goal of the video is to highlight the joy and excitement that Story Tables can bring. The free session will feature Ashton and Reece as the Story Guides and promises to be a lot of fun! We're hoping to utilize a lot of maps, terrain pieces, and props! We will provide free snacks and beverages as well. If you are a parent and wouldn't mind filming a testimonial, please let us know! Where: 12525 N Ojai Rd, Ojai, CA 93023 When: 9am-1pm PST Dates: Saturday, June 24th Story Guide: Ashton and Reece Participates: Max 12 (space is limited so it is first come, first serve) - Open to children 9-18 years old

Cancelation Policy

You may cancel your booking for a full refund up to and after your first session. Pro-rated refunds will be available up to halfway through a course. Story Guides are allowed up to 2 excused absences per course. Story Guides will often co-ordinate with participants to reschedule sessions to make up for any absences. The booking party will be eligible for a pro-rated refund should there be any more than 2 absences that were not rescheduled.
